A methodical process that explores the potential, exposes the constraints, and provides vital clues for a better design solution. We examine the unique site characteristics, topography, key features, existing structures, accessibility, circulation and primary view points through photographic, mapping, and three dimensional studies. By overlaying a complete graphic analysis of the site constraints including property lines, steep terrain, setbacks, protection zones, wetlands, flood plains, and zoning restrictions we reveal the “real buildable areas”. These initial investigations form the framework for the master planning and establishment of the overall developmental strategies.
