Part of the Quechee Lakes community, a planned single family community of about 1,400 homes, the master plan for this 650 acre parcel of land includes 350 residential units and a new wellness center. One of the planning objectives was to preserve existing wildlife corridors and to maintain the natural setting. The proposed single family homes, townhomes, and village cluster homes provide a dense development allowing for much greater degree of open preserved land. A year-round wellness center on the proposed green corridor and trail systems will link the new residences to the existing amenities center and nearby Quechee Village.
