Nature, sustainability initiatives and green design are the essence of this wilderness community located at Bolton Valley Resort. Our master plan tells the story of family, outdoors, and living lightly and in harmony with the land - a self sustaining, naturally inspired community of the future. The project includes 30 single-family lots, a 35 residential unit lodge, and 15 clusters of 6 to 8 low impact wilderness cabins near an updated and expanded ski village base. Common amenities include a working farm, community lodge, a maple sugar house, fishing ponds, gardens, and a myriad of outdoor recreation opportunities.
