This proposed mixed use block is part of an urban renewal strategy to revitalize its historic Palm Beach neighborhood. The vibrant commercial at street level combined with 75,000 SF of residential above pays homage to the Addison Mizner style of architecture. Careful attention was paid to the Royal Poinciana Way facade to transform the street back to its former ‘Main Street’ status. Intricate walkways, outdoor restaurant seating, interior courtyards, water fountains, loggias and covered cloisters provide a journey and intimate places for people to gather and enjoy the pedestrian friendly village atmosphere.
