The master plan for Fairmont Hot Springs details the creation of a well connected resort core built around natural hot springs with a vibrant village at its heart. Our concept consists of three distinct and yet connected planned areas: the village, the ski area, and the wellness center. Once completed, the 6,000 unit plus village will include hotels, residences, 75,000 GSF of commercial, thermal baths, water parks, spas and numerous cultural facilities including the First Nations interpretive center.
