CLAY BROOK AT SUGARBUSH
Warren, Vermont

Clay Brook at Sugarbush is the anchor for the the proposed Lincoln Peak Village. The plaza formed between Clay Brook and the base lodge is a hub of skier activity in the winter and serves as an events plaza during the warmer months. The architecture is reminiscent of the New England barn vernacular prevalent in the area, complete with attached round barn that accommodates the Timbers Restaurant. The 60 unit hotel-condominium consists of a mix of studios, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom residences with underground parking, an owners’ lounge, gymnasium, and private landscaped courtyard with outdoor pool and spa.
