The King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) is a proposed new international district located at the crossroads of two of Riyadh’s major highways. The district is comprised of 5-million square meters of office, residential, educational, sports, and cultural development held together by the Wadi and a series of connected public spaces. The concept development for one of the mixed use buildings features an office tower and adjoining ten storey residential building with five-levels of commercial accessible to both the Wadi (the green belt pedestrian avenue) and the internal courtyard.
