The culmination of the redevelopment for a prominent block in downtown Burlington, Vermont includes a 125 room hotel, a 35 unit residential building, and a 200 plus underground parking structure. The proposed six story hotel is designed to maximize lake views as well as becoming a social destination at the heart of downtown. The entire project is targeting for LEED certification.
