The Hinds Lofts combines historic architecture with modern urban design. Part of an urban infill redevelopment plan in downtown Burlington, Vermont, the early 1900’s O.L. Hinds Company manufacturing facility was restored to historic preservation standards and converted into 15 high-end residential loft units including the addition of a luxury rooftop penthouse. The lofts consist of studios, one, two and three-bedroom residences. The penthouse level includes a common lounge and roof deck that boasts commanding views over Lake Champlain and the Adirondack mountains.
