Located on a historic Montreal hillside, this restoration project proposes the transformation of a 1920’s former convent and religious school into 120 luxury residences with underground parking. The overall historic character of the building and its significant heritage elements, such as the central chapel and public facades, will be preserved and enhanced, while the internal courtyard elevations are modernized to enhance the natural daylight in the residences. The top floor residences include green roof terraces accessed through a glass enclosed stair light-well.
