88 King Street is part of the master plan for a transitional block between the business core and residential district in downtown Burlington, Vermont. This four story mixed-use building consists of 20 affordable housing units above two floors of commercial space, with underground parking. The project, targeting LEED Certification, is designed for energy savings of 25% above a baseline building.
